I’m not sure if money should be doing it all… I believe in equal giving and taking – this doesn’t have to involve CHF or $ or € or £ etc. So I’ll test something new: to trade my products against other valuables than the monetary. I know this may seem crazy but I’ll give it a shot! Why not?

  • fair trade or organic food lasting for a week (ps. I eat little and no meat – unless you can prove that the animal had an animal worthy life and a peaceful death)
  • half a month worth of mobilephone bills (this comes in £ – you can top up from any cash machine)
  • a month worth of internet (this comes in £ as well)
  • 6 days worth of health insurance (this still comes in CHF)

Terms and Conditions

General

The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by me (Tanja the artist and designer aka Mayari) and you (the buyer). By placing an order with me, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms and conditions, please contact me before placing an order.

Tanja reserves the right to add, delete or amend these Terms and Conditions without prior written notice at any time, at my sole discretion.

Contract

Consumer orders are only possible via the mayari website. As soon as you have filled in the order form or confirmed your order with the BUY button, a contract between you and me is established in accordance with the conditions below (Prices, Shipping etc.) without written notice from me.

The placed order and chosen conditions are representative for the delivery of my products. The prices and conditions shown at the time you placed the order and confirmed with BUY apply.

Color of Products

Please note that while I have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. If you should have a problem, question or concern, please contact me immediately.

Prices and Payment

All prices are retail prices in Swiss Francs.
Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard. The transaction will be processed through PayPal. The total cost of your items ordered plus shipping fees as displayed on the web will be billed to your credit card.
If you supplied incorrect information about your creditworthiness I reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part.

The price does not include any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees charged by your local government. As customs policies vary widely by country, I cannot anticipate what these charges will be and am not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Please contact your local government or post office for more information.

Delivery

All orders will be processed within 72 hours from the date of order at the shown prices and delivery conditions to the given address. Delivery dates are without obligation.

Delivery is made at your risk and expense. The advised dates of delivery may change because of events beyond my control.

If a parcel is returned, because the address was incomplete or incorrect or because you refused to accept it you will be charged for the shipping costs back to the sender.

Your rights of Return

I gladly accept returns for any reason within 30 days from shipping date. Please send an email with your return reasons prior to sending. After written approval for return, please return the product to the address displayed on the delivery note.

I will control all returned products. All goods must be returned in perfect condition with its original package without signs of usage. I will dismiss the returned product if:
a) The product shows signs of visible use
b) The product returns without original packaging
c) The product is damaged as a result of return transport.
I reimburse your payment (Duties, taxes and other expenses excluded), you will be charged for all shipping charges.

No cost will be covered should the product/s go missing during the return shipping. I advise you to send all items back with a transport company which provides a track & trace service.

Warranty

In the case of a material defect in the product on my behalf within the first 2 months after purchase, you have the right to choose a similar product in exchange. Requests are to be confirmed by written correspondence with me.

Copyrights

All rights of trademarks, photos, designs, texts, website and all other products are under my sole copyright. Modifications, reproductions or any imitation or copy is forbidden unless I state otherwise. You are obliged to refer to this website if you use or copy any content.
